Self-harm and suicide ideation
Sometimes we can become overwhelmed by the things that are happening to us or around us and we can begin to have feelings of helplessness and/or hopelessness. These feelings can sometimes lead to self-harm or suicide ideation (thinking about suicide).
When this happens it is important to let someone know so that you can begin to understand what is happening for you, as well as be supported and assisted in getting back on your feet.
